Terms of Service

1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of shipr.gg (the "Service"), provided by shipr.gg. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
2. The Service
shipr.gg lets you describe a game in natural language and uses AI to generate a playable browser-based game, which you can preview and publish to a public URL.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to use the Service.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Access to paid features requires a monthly subscription, billed in advance and renewing automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown on the Pricing page. We may change prices with reasonable notice; changes apply to the next billing period. Payments are processed by our payment provider.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel at any time. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of the prompts you submit and the games generated for you ("Your Content"). You grant us a licence to host, store, and process Your Content as needed to operate the Service. You are responsible for Your Content and for ensuring it does not infringe others' rights or break the law.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to create or publish content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, malicious, or otherwise harmful, and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service.
8. Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party providers, for example payment, hosting, and AI providers. Their terms may also apply to your use of the Service.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that generated games will be error-free or fit for a particular purpose.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are established, and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
13. Credits
Paid features are accessed using credits. Credits are a prepaid right to use the Service, have no cash value, and are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. Subscription credits are granted for each billing period and expire at the end of that period; they do not roll over. Credits from a one-time pack do not expire. How many credits an action uses depends on the model you choose.
